Keyboard shortcuts

On a Mac, press ⌘ wherever this page says Ctrl.

On a board

Point at a card with the mouse, then press a key. These shortcuts don't work while you're typing in a box.

KeyWhat it does
E or EnterOpen the card
TEdit the card's title
LChoose the card's labels
MChoose the card's members
VArchive the card, after you confirm
1 to 9Add or remove one of the board's first nine labels, in the order the labels list shows them
Ctrl + CCopy the card
Ctrl + XCut the card
Ctrl + VPaste the copied or cut card

Apart from opening a card, these need the Editor role on the board. Project managers can also copy cards.

In the Kanban view, Ctrl + V pastes into the list under the mouse pointer. In the Grid and List views, it pastes into the board's first list.

In an open card

These also don't work while you're typing in a box.

KeyWhat it does
← or →Go to the previous or next card
EscClose the card
Ctrl + VAdd what you copied as an attachment (editors only)

With Ctrl + V, a copied file or picture becomes an attachment, and so does a copied web address. If you copied other text, Planka asks for a file name and saves the text as a file.
